Mini Digital Signal Scope is a software tool to monitor digital signals encapsulated in WAV files. You can easily expand or reduce the horizontal and vertical scaling by up/down buttons. You can measure the signal level since the maximum, minimum, RMS and the decibel values appear on the screen as texts.
